Oliver Elementary has 2 sections of Pre-K/Early Childhood. Mrs. Alvarez is assisted by Mrs. McEwen in the morning class and by Mrs. Guzman in the afternoon. Students, although challenged by a rigorous curriculum, have fun learning. They develop the skills to help them be prepared to be successful students in years to come.

During their transportation parade, Head Start students led the parade by waving the American flag. Thanks goes to the Stamford Police Department for blocking off the street and for the escort. Also, thanks goes to Mrs. Ender, Mrs. Alvarado, Mrs. Guzman, and Mrs. Vasquez for their coordination of the event.

Students were also able to practice their roping skills. A great time was had by all the students and teachers. The weather was beautiful and it turned out to be a wonderful experience for all.
